Online Application

With StudioAbroad, the application process is handled online.  All the materials, submissions, questionnaires, and recommendations are managed from a web-browser interface so students can apply from anywhere they use the Internet.  Office staff can also review an application, make notes, record submissions, and mark application acceptance/rejection decisions from a browser as well.  Contact and address information is stored in your database for retrieval on all materials that require physical mailing.  The application deadlines and program dates are also stored in your database to make managing different application cycles easy and painless.

	Administrators get an immediate overview of what materials have been completed by an applicant.  They can tell at a glance what still needs to be submitted for each phase of the application.
	All the aspects of a student application are easily navigated so that an administrator can pull up any information about a student.  Student application data is pulled from your database so all your information is current, and all your changes to the application's status are instantaneous.
	The submissions that students make for their applications can be reviewed and marked up by the staff.  Comments, reviews, and decisions are managed through the web-browser interface allowing any staff member with access to the internet the ability to view and process the student applications.
