Budget sheets

StudioAbroad has a built-in system for generating budget sheets for your institution's programs that can be viewed through the program brochures.  These budget sheets are very flexible and will display separate itemized lists and totals for each applicant type that your site uses.

If your programs charge different fees for students who don't attend your institution, the budget sheets can be configured to show these different costs.

Your budget sheet line items are configured in an administration tool that is completely separate from your budget sheet builder so that any changes that you make to your budget items are reflected across all of your budget sheets.  When your office's processing fees go up, you don't need to change every budget sheet.  You just need to change the processing fee item, and all your sheets will be displayed with the new data.

Budget sheets can also display separate columns for exchange student rates.  There is also a customizable field at the bottom of each budget sheet that can be used to provide any additional information that your students might need to know.  Budget sheets can be different for each school term and only appear when you have authorized them for the programs.  StudioAbroad saves you time by taking care of the formatting and calculation automatically and lets you quickly build a useful and consistent system of data for your site visitors.
