You define the names of the terms and then provide the deadline dates for each year.  Your programs will automatically conform to these dates and accept applications accordingly.  Students are sent reminders for incomplete submissions as these dates approach and are notified of application status changes at the appropriate times based on your decision dates.

Programs can change these dates on a program-by-program basis so all your programs are not locked into a simple schedule.  Programs are also able to retain program start and end dates so that you know when a student is abroad and when that student is schedules to return.  Materials and questionnaires can be distributed during these periods using StudioAbroad's integrated submission and calendar system.

Your programs will automatically start accepting applications for your application cycles as you activate them.  There is no need to monitor each program for activity since your calendar will take care of it for you.

All applications are registered for specific terms and years to make isolating them through the search engine easy and efficient for processing.
