Program reviewers

StudioAbroad allows you to create reviewer logins for your account so that individuals outside of your staff can view applications either from their own institution or for a list of programs you have specified.  Do you have onsite directors in France that want rolls and need to have up to date information about students participating in some of your programs?  StudioAbroad lets you add these directors to your site as reviewers who will have access to the student applications relevant to them and be able to supply both comments and decision recommendations online to your staff.

You can extend the reach of your office to partner institutions and bring on reviewers from those institutions to help process the applications.  Reviewer access is limited to only the student applications you choose for them to see, and reviewed applications are tallied in the student's application overview.  You can quickly find out if all your applicant's reviewers have seen and submitted comments on the application.

With so much work involved in processing applicants, you can use the reviewer feature to ease the burden on your staff and remove much of the grunt work involved in tracking down onsite directors and advisors just to get them to look at a few applications that are approaching deadlines.  With StudioAbroad at your office, all a reviewer needs to keep up with the applications is a computer with an Internet connection.
